Yes, warranty parts should be purchased through your normal procurement process. The warranty claim must be submitted for review within days of repair completion.

Parts Central's Return Policy states that prior authorization (including an RGA number) is required for any returns. Once prior authorization has been made and an RGA number has been issued, standard and non‐special order products purchased from Parts Central (excluding electron components) may be returned to Parts Central on a prepaid freight basis for up to six (6) months from the date of original purchase.  A 20%  restocking charge shall apply to all returned goods.  Along with proof of purchase, the product must be unused and in its original packaging t be eligible.  Exchanges will be made for the same period for like products; pricing differences related to the exchanged product will be credit
